🏴🤝🏴 A new cooperation opens between Brittany and Scotland

A new step has been taken in the development of Bretaigne DAO’s European and Celtic relations.

Following the exchanges begun with Europe for Scotland and Yes for EU, a representative of Bretaigne DAO has been officially invited to join the French group of Europe for Scotland. The French team meets every month, and our first participation is scheduled for 22 October 2026 at 7:30 p.m..

Europe for Scotland is a pan-European civil society initiative working on Scotland’s future place in Europe and has a network of ambassadors and national teams across several European countries. Discover Europe for Scotland.

For Bretaigne DAO, this new connection above all opens concrete prospects around historical relations between Brittany and Scotland, archives, festivals, associations, Celtic networks and European cultural cooperation.

The French team is already developing links with several Franco-Scottish organisations and events and wishes to strengthen connections between the different Celtic territories.

Our historical and archival research can therefore be shared with new contacts, while we discover initiatives already being developed by Franco-Scottish networks.

Brittany, Scotland, Cornwall, Ireland, Wales… the connections are gradually multiplying.
