Use of the bretaigne.bzh website, the ELURC currency and associated services implies full acceptance of these provisions.

1. Individual responsibility

ELURC is a decentralised currency based on blockchain technologies. Each user is solely responsible for:

· their private keys and their security;
· their decisions to buy, sell, transfer or hold the currency;
· the risks associated with using decentralised currencies, including volatility, human error, technical bugs, cyberattacks and loss of funds.

DAO Bretaigne, its members and its contributors may under no circumstances be held liable for direct or indirect harm suffered by a user through the use of ELURC or any associated service.

1. Volunteer project

DAO Bretaigne is a participatory, non-profit community project. All contributors (developers, advisers, moderators, etc.) work as volunteers, without a relationship of subordination, an employment contract or remuneration.

No guarantee is offered regarding the project’s continuity, reliability or freedom from errors. No legal liability may be attributed to contributors, either individually or collectively.

1. Decentralised nature

DAO Bretaigne operates under a decentralised governance model:

· Strategic decisions are made collectively through on-chain voting on Realms by members whose governance badge is active and recognised by the DAO, in accordance with the applicable governance rules. Holding ELURC alone does not grant voting rights, and the amount held does not determine voting weight;
· The organisation has neither a leader nor traditional legal personality (it has no status as a company, association or foundation);
· These notices and disclaimers may not be interpreted as creating a legal entity with legal capacity.

1. Acceptance of risks

By using the ELURC currency and interacting with the DAO Bretaigne ecosystem, you acknowledge that you have read these provisions and accept:

· the absence of any guarantee regarding the value or long-term survival of ELURC;
· the absence of recourse against the DAO or its members in the event of a loss;
· the experimental and evolving nature of the project.
